Terms and conditions
	1.	For bookings during high season a minimum of 20% of the value for the entire stay and/or 2 nights is required in order to guarantee the booking.
	2.	Bookings may be canceled free of charge: A. During LOW SEASON 48 hours prior arrival day. B. During HIGH SEASON 7 days prior to arrival day.
	3.	In case bookings are canceled later then outlined the deposit paid forfeits.
	4.	Non guaranteed bookings will be released at 6 p.m.
